My recent stay at Gasthof Kaiserblick left me with mixed feelings when comparing luxury to value. The family-run establishment offers spacious rooms, with the bathroom being the largest I've encountered in all of Austria. The highlight was undoubtedly the balcony, providing a breathtaking view of the mountains and surrounding greenery. However, the location was challenging to find, especially for non-German speakers, requiring cash payments due to a faulty card terminal.While the accommodation was comfortable and the staff accommodating, the value proposition deserves scrutiny. The lack of free Wi-Fi and the absence of lift access can be inconvenient for some guests. Despite this, the serene setting does lend itself well to leisure activities like hiking and tennis, creating a distinct charm.In conclusion, Gasthof Kaiserblick offers a charming stay with several amenities, but the price point may not align with the overall luxury provided.
